David A. Farcy, MD is the Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine and Director of Emergency Medicine Critical Care at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.
Dr. Farcy\'s interest in medicine began as a medic in the US Air Force (in 1990); leading to a career in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care. After graduating from Texas Tech University (1996), Dr. Farcy attended medical school at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico, obtaining his Medical Degree (2000). Dr. Farcy then completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York (in 2005), followed by a prestigious fellowship in Emergency Medicine/Critical Care at R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
In 2006, Dr. Farcy joined Mount Sinai Medical Center as an attending and served as Medical Director of the Surgical Intensivist for seven years, pursuing his passion to educate the medical community, while being the voice of the sick, and always striving to improve patient care. In 2012, he was appointed Chairman of the hospital’s Department of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Farcy is a recognized national and international speaker and author of several published medical papers and a textbook on emergency medicine critical care. Dr Taj Hassan is a consultant in Emergency Medicine at the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Past President of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (2016 - 2019). He is the present Chair of the Leeds Emergency Medicine Research Group. He was Director of eLearning at the College (2005-2012) leading on the design and development of its eLearning platform, ENLIGHTENme ( which started life in Leeds in 2001) and that is now RCEMLearning.
His major interests include EM system design, creating workforce resilience & sustainability and developing leadership skills for emergency physicians. He chaired the College’s landmark strategy in 2013 – Creating successful, satisfying and sustainable careers in Emergency Medicine. He also devised and is Co-Lead of the EMLeaders prog for RCEM (2017-2020), the first such tailored programme for trainees run by any College.
Internationally, he has been involved in running leadership training programmes for the International Federation of EM (IFEM) and was Chair of the IFEM group that developed the position paper on Sustainable working Practices for the Emergency Physician in 2014. He is especially interested in and involved in global health work in Pakistan. He is Chair of the International Faculty of the Pakistan Society of EM.
His research interests include the role of technology in decision support and training of emergency physicians. He is presently the Director and Lead in the development of the Centre for AI Learning and Technological Integration in Emergency Care ( CAILTEC) in Leeds.

Terrence M. Mulligan DO, MPH, FIFEM, FACEP, FAAEM, FACOEP, FNVSHA, FFSEM, HPF is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and was the Director of the University of Maryland International EM Program for 10 years. Prof Mulligan is also a Visiting Professor in China, South Africa, India and Ireland. He is a Board Member of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM), and the Vice President of the International Federation for Emergency Medicine (IFEM). Prof Mulligan is double-board certified / double-residency trained, with a Masters in Public Health, 4 subspecialty fellowships, and graduate work towards a Masters in Health Economics, Policy and Law. Dr Mulligan has lived and worked in over 50 countries in the last 20 years, working on multiple levels of emergency medicine, trauma and acute care systems development in low, middle and high income countries. Dr.Numata studied public health at St. Luke’s University (Tokyo) in 2018 with focus on clinical research and environmental science. He published an article in PLOS ONE on “Comparison of acute vertigo diagnosis and treatment practices between otolaryngologists and non-otolaryngologists: A multicenter scenario-based survey”.

Lastly, he is the founding fellowship program director of EMS/Disaster Medicine at KSU.
Neha Hudlikar is currently in her final year of Emergency Medicine residency training at Zayed Military Hospital, United Arab Emirates. She is the member of organizing committee of Emirates Society of Emergency Medicine (ESEM). Her interests in EM include trauma, disaster medicine, point-of-care ultrasound and development of EM in resource limited settings. She also serves as the associate editor for the ESEM Newsletter and is a blog author in the Internal Emergency Medicine Education Project.
Further to this, she is an anticipated author in the second edition of the e-book : Emergency Medicine Clerkship by iEM. She has volunteered with the United Nations Online Volunteering Program.

He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine , at the Oregon Health Science University, USA in 1984. He has his American Boards in Emergency Medicine, and as well is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians ( Specialty in Emergency Medicine ) of Canada.
